In September 2019, Larkspur acquired a 3-story former Dillard’s store in Cincinnati, OH.  The property was located on Glenway Avenue, a major retail corridor in the Green Township area of Cincinnati.   

Results 

Larkspur obtained a PUD-Amendment to allow for the mixed-use concept comprising 70,000 of retail on the bottom floor and 100,000 of self-storage on the top two levels.  Larkspur is finalizing its construction and design plan and expects to begin renovation in first quarter 2021.
